With over a decade of experience in HR, Emily is currently serving as the Community Benefits Consultant at The DeHayes Group, in Fort Wayne, IN, specializing in Small Group Benefits.   Emily is a dedicated benefits professional with a passion for helping employers design and manage strategic, people-focused employee benefits programs. At DeHayes Group, Emily partners closely with small business clients to simplify the complexities of benefits administration, ensuring organizations can attract, retain, and support their employees effectively.

 With a strong background in employee benefits and human resources, Emily brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every client relationship. She is known for her ability to anticipate client needs, ask the right questions, and deliver responsive, detail-driven service. Her work focuses on enrollment strategy, carrier coordination, compliance support, and enhancing the overall employee experience.

 Emily earned her SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation, reflecting her commitment to continued learning and excellence in the HR and benefits field. She stays actively engaged in industry trends and best practices to provide clients with informed, forward-thinking guidance.

 She takes pride in building trusted relationships and being a reliable partner to both clients and colleagues, contributing to a seamless and high-quality service experience.

Out of the office she participates in women’s Softball at St. Charles and enjoy hosting family and friends. Emily’s and her husband Colin have three active boys and find themselves spending quality family time watching them play baseball and basketball.
