Emily is excited to start her career in the insurance industry on the agency side of employee benefits. She has 12 years Human Resource experience where she led recruiting, new hire orientation, and training programs. Emily has performed the following benefits capabilities in a HR role: Employee Benefit Plan Administration, Enrollment, Qualifying Events, Claim Assistance, and 401(k) Administration/Audit. Along with the benefits job duties, she has been a payroll specialist. Emily is a member of NIHRA and participates as a Junior Achievement Volunteer.
Out of the office Emily participates in women’s Softball at St. Charles. She enjoys hosting family and friends. Emily and her husband Colin have three active boys and find themselves spending quality family time watching them play baseball, basketball, and football.
Emily looks forward to learning and growing into her new role. She is determined and excited to learn all about the employee benefits, while using her current skillset and knowledge to help her exceed expectations of our clients.
