Gabby graduated with a degree in Organization Leadership and Supervision, with a minor in Communication from Purdue University Fort Wayne. She joined the DeHayes Group in 2016 to head our corporate wellness product, NxtGen Wellness. In 2020, she accepted the position of Operations Manager. In this role she hopes to use her skill set, education, and experience to help lead our agency to a prosperous workplace with growth and employee satisfaction at its core.

Gabby loves spending time with her family. She and her husband Kyle have 4 beautiful children (2 boys and 2 girls). They enjoy staying active, whether it is outdoor activities, sports, or spending time on the lake surfing. Out of the office, she enjoys planning parties/events and has a passion for fashion.
