Kevin is a principal partner in The DeHayes Group and leads the Employee Benefit and Wellness Department. He works primarily with large and medium-size employers and has particular expertise in the areas of self-funding arrangements, captives and disease management. Prior to becoming the DeHayes Group, Kevin served as an Employee Benefits Consultant at Acordia, Insurance Services, which then became Wells Fargo Insurance Services. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked in sales management for Procter & Gamble.
Kevin has extensive experience in a variety of projects with large and mid-sized employers that includes benefit plan strategy development, insurance carrier and plan administrator evaluation, health plan utilization analysis, wellness plans, health plan benefit design issues influencing utilization patterns, population health management and employee benefit communications.
Kevin received his bachelor’s of art from DePauw University and his master’s of science in sports administration at Indiana State. Kevin is a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, and is active in the community with Bishop Dwenger High School and Vincent Village. He enjoys watching college football, hunting and
fishing.
