With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Sunshine brings a deep understanding of claims handling, customer service, and client advocacy to the Claim Consultant role. Sunshine began her insurance career as a Customer Service Agent, before moving to a Claim Adjusting role a few years later. This work background paired with professional designations including AIC, CISR, and CAWC, allows Sunshine to guide clients through complex situations with clarity and care. She is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges with confidence.

Originally from Pittsburgh, Sunshine is a graduate of Grove City College, and life-long fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. When she’s not working, you’ll find her spending time with her two adult children, diving into a good book, or planning her next travel adventure.
