The DeHayes Group acquires the Health & Benefits Accounts of All Insurance Solutions, Inc.
The DeHayes Group (“DeHayes”) announced today it has acquired the employee benefits accounts of All Insurance Solutions, Inc. (“All Insurance”), a leader in benefits consulting and administration, insurance brokerage and consulting services in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
All Insurance Solutions will combine with the existing DeHayes office in Fort Wayne. This acquisition further strengthens DeHayes as one of the largest employee benefits, life & health, benefits administration and wellness program providers in northeastern Indiana.
